When should I take Ultra Whey?
We recommend taking the Ultra Whey ideally after your workout - however, you're welcome to take this whenever you need, anytime throughout the day!
How much Ultra Whey should I take?
It is recommended to take 1-2 servings a day, but this dependent on your own personal needs. A serving of Ultra Whey is 30g. It is recommended that you take 1g of protein per pound of body weight, so adjust your intake accordingly.
How do I make the shake?
Mix 30g of Ultra Whey with 200ml cold water or skimmed milk to prepare your protein shake. Mix Well and drink. The less liquid you use the thicker your shake will be - so adjust to suit your own taste!
Is Ultra Isolate suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Ultra Whey is suitable for vegetarians, however it is not suitable for vegans. This is due to the fact that it is made from a whey product, which is derived from Milk.
Can I take Ultra Whey with other supplements?
There should be no harm taking Ultra Whey with any other supplements. However, we do recommend you to alway check the serving instructions and warnings on each product if you plan on combining supplements.
